You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must authenticate via TikTok OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account session and any activity performed through your account.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your device or credentials.
5. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including videos and metadata.
By using the Service, you grant us permission to:
- store your content on your behalf
- process and transmit your content to TikTok for publishing
- temporarily store and modify content as required for technical processing
You are solely responsible for:
- the content you upload
- ensuring you have the right to use and publish such content
- ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
We do not review, approve, or pre-screen user content before it is published.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malware, malicious code, or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to spam, automate abuse, or bypass platform restrictions

7. TikTok API Usage

- continuous availability of the Service

9. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.
User-generated content remains owned by the user.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

- your use poses a security or legal risk
- required by law or third-party platform enforcement
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

- content upload or publishing failures
- loss of data
- account restrictions imposed by TikTok or other platforms
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
